    • Delivery, setup, and pickup within 15 miles

    • A fun, interactive experience for your guests

    Attendants may be included or added depending on the package and event length.


    If your event requires on-site support, we’ll coordinate this with you in advance

  • Most packages include a 4-hour event window. Our wedding package includes a 6-hour event window.
    Delivery, setup, and pickup are handled by our team and scheduled around your event time.

  • Yes! If you’d like to mix and match machines or build a custom setup, simply let us know.

    Please submit your request through our contact form, and we’ll work with you to create a customized package that fits your event, space, and guest count.

  • We offer a variety of plush toys and keychains, featuring cute, fun, and crowd-favorite designs.

    Once your package is booked, our team will reach out with available prize options for your event.


    You’ll be able to choose your mix, with a minimum of 10 of each prize item selected.

  • We travel from Renton, WA 98058 and deliver within the greater local area using a trailer for safe transport.

    • Free delivery within 15 miles of Renton (98058)

    • Delivery beyond 15 miles is available for an additional fee of $3 per mile

  • Most machines require elevator access for delivery.

    • Mini 1 Claw Machines and Gashapon Machines may be delivered up one flight of stairs for an additional fee

    • Multiple flights of stairs or stair-only access may not be serviceable

    Please let us know about stairs, elevators, ramps, or tight hallways when booking so we can confirm feasibility in advance.

  • Each machine requires a small footprint and access to a standard power outlet.


    Specific dimensions are available upon request, and we’re happy to help you confirm fit with your venue

  • We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, weddings, and peak event seasons.

  • After booking, we’ll reach out to:

    • Confirm event details and venue access

    • Review prize selections

    • Coordinate delivery and setup timing

    • Finalize any upgrades or customizations

  • We understand that plans change. The policy below helps us manage scheduling, staffing, and event preparation while remaining fair to our clients.

    Cancellations

    • More than 14 days before the event:
      Full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

    • 7–14 days before the event:
      50% of the booking total will be refunded.

    • Less than 7 days before the event:
      No refunds. This includes same-day cancellations.

    Rescheduling

    • More than 7 days before the event:
      One complimentary reschedule is allowed, subject to availability.

    • Less than 7 days before the event:
      Rescheduling may be approved on a case-by-case basis and may require a rescheduling fee.

    Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

    For outdoor events affected by unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.

    Venue Access & Delivery Limitations

    Cancellations due to:

    • Lack of elevator access

    • Unreported stairs

    • Venue restrictions not disclosed at booking

    may be subject to the same cancellation terms listed above.

    No-Shows

    Failure to provide access to the venue at the scheduled delivery time will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
